职业经理人能力评价模型的建构及应用
Construction and Application of the Ability Evaluation Model of Professional Managers
摘要
Abstract
The questionnaire method and factor analysis are adopted to establish five level-one evaluation indices and twenty level-two evaluation indices.The former consist of management ability, individual quality, communication skills, professional eth-ics and leadership.The latter include control change, decision making, opportunity identification, change embrace, innovation, invention and so on.The ability evaluation model of professional managers can be constructed after calculating the weigh of two-level indices.The model can be applied in large and medium enterprises to promote the quality and professional competence of pro-fessional managers.关键词
