摘要

Abstract

Mobile phone manufacturers must know the consumer needs in order to increase the share of sales .Traditional C means clustering analysis method is sensitive to the distance .With the help of fuzzy control theory we can overcome the disadvanta-ges of traditional methods.The study selected 200 college students randomly for survey which has 6 factors of the touch screen mo-bile phone purchase .The fuzzy C mean Clustering Analysis was used to treat the data .The results show that: the mobile phone function, appearance and mobile phone brands have impact on the purchase of mobile phone.It will be helpful for the enterprise to know the consumer psychology and improve the competitiveness of products .
