IT应用型人才培养实践教学体系的构建
Research on Practical Teaching System for the Training of IT Applied Talents
摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the necessity of practical teaching system reform for undergraduate specialty of IT which train-ing applied talents as starting point according to the actual circumstances of teachers and students in local college .The system has been constructed based in the reserch and reform on cultivation plan, practical teaching content system, support system, manage-ment system and practice teacher training .The practice of carrying out education proves that the measures will help the students the ability to cultivate knowledge into practice , fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the students learning and enhance the practice of teachers teaching ability and responsibility.The practical ability, applied ability,autonomous learning ability and inno-vative spirit of student have been trained .The quality of IT talents has been improved and Desired training goal has been reached .关键词
