某控制系统应力筛选度分析

Abstract
Aiming at the adequate screening stress in environmental stress screening (ESS) test is not meet screening requirement, analyze the temperature cycling stress screening degree of certain type control system. Quantitatively calculate relative data of first stress screening degree, analyze and find out reason for adequate stress at the first tie. Design and adjust new stress screening test scheme, compared screening data analysis, validate the effectiveness of screening scheme adjustment. The test results show that the method meet the environmental stress test scheme adjustment requirements. It is used for system eliminating failure, designing performance, ameliorating techniques and improving reliability.关键词
