Abstract
Because thin-wall drilling is not easy to find the center ring parts, it is machining efficiency is low, and it is hard to guarantee the machining accuracy. Design a drilling jig for thin wall ring parts. Give the overall design of the diamond, lists the jig structure, points out that the use of the jig method and the matters needing attention, discussed its economic benefits. Surface as a result, the method is simple and practical, to avoid the deformation of the parts in the machining process, guarantee the accuracy of the parts well, improve the processing efficiency, reduces the manufacturing cost.关键词
