郭维琴教授益气活血法治疗冠心病临证经验
Professor GUO Wei- qin’s therapeutic experience on coronary heart disease with therapy of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation
摘要
Abstract
Professor GUO Wei-qin has indicated that heart qi deficiency is the base of onset of coronary heart disease (CHD), qi deficiency and blood stasis is its basic pathogenesis, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation is its basic treatment principle and Yiqi Huoxue Fang is a basic formula according to TCM fundamental theory and her therapeutic experience on CHD for many years. The therapy of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation combining the therapies of diffusing impediment and freeing yang, replenishing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and freeing vessel, warming the middle and fortifying spleen, pacifying liver and nourishing yin, regulating qi and releasing depression, clearing heat and resolving phlegm, and diffusing impediment and resolving stasis are applied by Professor GUO Wei-qin for treating CHD and better curative effects have been achieved.关键词
