复合针法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察
Treatmetn of knee osteoarthritis with complex acupuncture therapy

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of complex acupuncture therapy on knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods The patients (n=200) were treated with complex acupuncture therapy, and then they were graded by applying visual analogue scale (VAS) and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteroarthritis Index (WOMAC). The changes of scores of VAS and WOMAC and curative effect were observed before and after treatent. Results The scores of VAS and WOMAC decreased after treatment in the patients. Among 200 patients, there were 64 cured (32%), 112 with significant curative effect (56%), 20 with curative effect (10%) and 4 without curative effect (2%). Conclusion Complex acupuncture therapy has reliable curative effect on KOA.关键词
