针刺刺激客观化测量的技术与方法概述
Technology and methods for objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation
摘要
Abstract
The objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation include the objectively measuring acupuncture manipulations (modes of motion and dynamics of needle) and reactions of body (acupoints) to acupuncture stimulation. These measurements are one key link in evidence-based acupuncture-moxibustion science and is benefit to the teaching, clinical practice and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion. But the objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation have been a difficult issue in acupuncture study all the time. The acusensor developed by scientists of USA can measure manipulation information during needling acupoints and obtain the data and curves of lifting and thrusting and twirling. The determinators of manipulation parameters (ATP-1 and SYF-1) developed by domestic scientists can measure the manipulations of lifting and thrusting, twirling and swing, and complex manipulations, but these measures can only be carried out in sensors. About the measurement of reactions of body (acupoints) to acupuncture, the paper briefly introduced the ultrasound examination for local acupuncture and functional magnetic resonance imaging.关键词
