运气学说的临床应用研究分析
Clinical application of five circuits and six qi theory

Abstract
Objective To review current situation of clinical research on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to treat diseases based on the theory of five circuits and six qi. Methods With a comprehensive search of CNKI and WanFang databases, retrieve and review clinical research literatures of five circuits and six qi theory applied to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Results Currently, reviews of clinical controlled trials (including randomized controlled trials and non-randomized current controlled trials) on curative effects of five circuits and six qi theory were not commonly seen. Methodology was in a low quality for current researches. Numbers of case reports of five circuits and six qi theory on treating diseases were slightly more. A few case reports failed to represent generosity. Bias was relatively high and argument of cause and effect relation was week. Conclusion The conclusion that TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment based on five circuits and six qi theory can improve Chinese medicine clinical curative effect was not able to be made based on current evidence. It is expected to review and verify clinical application value of five circuits and six qi theory through more clinical researches with high quality.关键词
