Abstract
The implementation of“plan for educating and training outstanding engineers”university-enterprise cooperation plays a significant role in establishing a new talent training system and improving innovative engineering talent training quality at university-enterprise cooperation level. The major issue of the implementation of the plan is how to establish the innovative training system of university-enterprise cooperation and enterprise’s full participation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan, it is necessary to establish the talent training system with enterprise’s full participation in overcoming the difficulties and university-enterprise win-win by establishing practical teaching plat-form and a two-way communication relationship, carrying out enterprise practical production activities and reforming graduation projects etc.关键词
