摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify the correlation between intravesical prostatic protrusion ( IPP) in benign prostatic hyperplasia and the residual urine volume through the methods of Ultrasonography .Methods With the help of ALOKAα7 Color Ultrasonography , the IPP of different degree 200 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and residual urine volume in our hospital in 2013 were exam-ined .The patients were divided into four groups according to the amount of residual urine volume .Based on the results of ultrasonogra-phy, the volume of intravesical prostatic protrusion was calculated , and then the correlation between the amount of residual urine vol-ume and the IPP volume was finally evaluated .Results The amount of post-void residual bladder volume increased with the increasing of volume of intravesical prostatic protrusion ( IPP) in the four groups of patients .Conclusion The Ultrasonography results of benign prostatic hyperplasia prove that there is an approximate positive correlation between IPP and the residual bladder volume .关键词
