济南市历下区学龄前儿童龋病流行病学调查分析OA
An epidemiological investigation of dental caries among preschool children in Lixia District of Ji'nan City
目的：了解济南市历下区3～6岁儿童龋病现状，为龋病预防工作提供基础资料。方法参照WHO《口腔健康调查基本方法》和《第三次全国口腔健康调查方案》，对济南市历下区3～6岁627名儿童进行龋病检查。结果5岁儿童为乳牙患龋高峰期，患龋率为79.4％。6岁儿童患牙充填率虽较高，但充填率仅为20.6％。结论济南市历下区3～6岁儿童乳牙患龋率均较高，充填率较低。
Objective To investigate the caries status of children aged from 3 to 6 years old in lixia district of ji'nan city and pro-vide some fundamental data for caries prevention .Methods Referring to the WHO basic method of oral health investigation and the guide line of the 3rd National Oral Health Survey ,caries status of 627 children aged from 3 to 6 years was examined.Results The prevalence rate of temporary teeth caries reached peak at 5 years old and it is 7…查看全部>>
