“质量工程”视阈下的大学英语复合型创新教师团队建设与研究
Research on the Construction of College English Compound Innovative Teachers'Team from the Perspective of “Quality Project”

Abstract
Talent training is the primary responsibility of colleges and universities, therefore teachers' strength directly affect the quali-ty of talent training. College English teaching is one of the important contents of the modernizing talent cultivation, thus how to enhance college English teachers' teaching and scientific research ability has become an urgent problem, and the construction of teachers' team is undoubtedly one of the key approaches to develop college English teachers' teaching and scientific research ability. Under the prem-ise of “quality project”, this paper,via the analysis on reasons of the weakness of college English teachers' team development, propo-ses an administrative system and development model in conformity with the nature of college English teaching and scientific research.关键词
