ZnO纳米材料的制备方法及应用
Preparation and Application of ZnO Nanomaterials
摘要
Abstract
As a wide forbidden band, ZnO is a direct band gap semiconductor, which has been widely used because of its superiorities of luminance, piezoelectricity, electrical conductivity, gas sensitivity, photocatalysis and so on. ZnO with the advantages such as the wide resource, low cost, nontoxic and harmless property, as well as various methods of preparation gets much attention. This paper summarizes the experimental survey and characteristics of the preparation of ZnO, providing suitable preparation method for researchers to choose according to specific needs. Moreover, the main application of nanometer ZnO is introduced.关键词
