文化翻译观下电影字幕中方言的归化翻译策略
Domestication Strategy Used in Dialect Translation of Film Subtitle from the Perspective of Bassnett's Cultural Translation Theory
摘要
Abstract
As a result of differences among languages and dialects with their own cultures , it is difficult to find the equivalent expressions in film subtitle translation , giving great challenges to translators .Based on Bassnett's cultural translation theory , the domestication strategies used in dialect translation of film subtitle were discussed .Translators must focus on the target language audience , take culture as a translation unit , a-dopt domestication translation strategy , use smooth and fluent colloquial translation as compensation for missing style to realize the cultural functional equivalence and achieve the purposes of cultural exchange and commer -cial operation .关键词
