Application of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
With the increasingly morbidity and mortality associated with breast cancer, neoadjuvant chemotherapy has become an essential part of combination therapy for patients with breast cancer. MRI could show the tumor size and margin clearly. Furthermore, functional MRI technology, including DCE-MRI, DWI, PWI and MRS, could early predict the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy before the tumor morphology changes. It provided an important reference for optimal chemotherapy program. This review focuses on the role of MRI in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.关键词
