差动变压器的温度补偿方法研究
RESEARCH ON TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION METHOD OF LVDT

Abstract
There is a nonlinear error and temperature drift between the conditioning circuitoutput value and the input displace-ment in the linear variable differential transformer(LVDT). It is difficult to design and product transformers with high precision by using traditional methods. A MCU is embedded in the conditioning circuit, and the temperature compensation algorithm is established through the sensor calibration data in order to improve the design precision of the sensor. The algorithm is tempera-ture compensation algorithm using 25℃ as reference and temperature compensation algorithm by using piecewise linear inter-polation. Experimental results show that the effect of algorithm using piecewise linear interpolation is more obvious. The lineari-ty is increased from 0.5% at room temperature to 0.12% in the whole temperature range;the thermal sensitivity is increased from 1600ppm/℃to 70ppm/℃and this method has a good application prospect.关键词
