渝派地产与川派地产之比较
The Comparison of Real Estate between Chongqing and Sichuan
摘要
Abstract
Chongqing real estate is represented by the real estate in the main urban areas of Chongqing but Sichuan real estate is represented by the real estate in Chengdu .Chongqing , with big ups and downs in the terrain , has rapid development speed and fast living rhythm but Chengdu , with the land of abundance in the plain , has a long developing history and a leisure life , as a result , the difference in their urban regions results in the certain difference between Chongqing real estate and Sichuan real estate in the perspective of building architectural style , real estate commercialized development mode , building layout , high-end residential design intent , real estate plan and so on .Whether “the construction style with a mountain and the water” of Chongqing real estate or “the construction style with a garden” of Sichuan real estate aims to provide the residents with comfortable living environment and to present the cities with a harmonious layout so as to realize harmonious development between the cities and nature .关键词
