我国网络立法的发展、特点与政策建议
Development Situation,Characteristics and Policy Suggestions for China’s Network Legislation
摘要
Abstract
The perfect network legislation is to protect the normal and orderly operation of the network.Since the State Council issued the first network regulations in 1 994,China’s network legislature has been greatly developed.Network legislatures have basically covered all areas.However,compared with the actual requirements of the rapid development of network technology and judicial practice,there are still many problems,such as low level of legislation,conflicts be-tween laws and regulations.Therefore,this paper summarizes the current development of network legislation in China, analyzes its inherent characteristics and existing problems,and proposes policy recommendations to improve the network legislation.关键词
