Abstract
As the subsystem of the social culture, the college culture and local culture are closely related. The study of this relationship is of great significance. Based on the culture investigation of Changshu Institute of Tech-nology and Changshu, this paper grasps the status quo of college-locality interaction, makes an analysis of the prob-lems and their reasons, and proposes the basic train of thought of the mechanism establishment of "leadership by the government, college initiative, mechanism innovation, and project promotion".关键词
