摘要

Abstract

Education management is a series of thoughts and service management activities in which the education-al managers observe the national education policy, laws and regulations in the education system, allocate reason-ably educational resources, and achieve the goal of education. It has some characteristics of being public, political, cultural, ethical and educational. At the same time, education management demonstrates the development trend of scientization, professionalization, democratization, balanced authorization and informatization.
