Abstract
Under the circumstances of Chinas increasing globalization and gradually internationalized higher educa-tion, colleges and universities must pay attention to the improvement of the management of foreign teachers. The au-thor of this paper tries to discuss preparations for hiring foreign teachers, evaluation and regulation mechanism and incentive system, aiming at making foreign teachers management more professional, scientific and humanized, which eventually will serve the purpose of enhancing the colleges’ability to join globalization and achieve external cooperation.关键词
