摘要

Abstract

By taking majors of marketing, culture industry administration and public administration as a study ob-ject and taking the questionnaire as research method, the authors of this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the effect of training courses. The analyzed questions are as fellows: the matching of professional ability and training curriculum, the teaching effectiveness of training courses, the significance of training courses for professional abili-ty, training method, training management, the arrangement of training time etc. Base on the research conclusions, some suggestions are offered for a deepening reform of humanities training courses and improve curriculum system.
