Corrosion Inhibition of SDDTC for Cold Rolled Steel in Acetic Acid Solution
摘要
Abstract
The corrosion inhibition of the SDDTC for cold rolled steel in 0.2 mol·L-1 acetic acid was investigated with Tafel polarization curve and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) at different concentrations. The experimental results showed that SDDTC was a good inhibitor for cold rolled steel in 0.2 mol·L-1 acetic acid, and that inhibition efficiency increased with an increased with the concentration of inhibitor at 20 ℃. When the concentration was 3 × 10-3 mol·L-1, the inhibition rate reached 85%, and was a cathodic corrosion inhibitor in HAc solution. The adsorption of SDDTC on cold rolled steel in HAc solution obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation, and depended on physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.关键词
