Abstract
In this article, the author bases on the analysis of the successful business development model of Shanghai Xinti-andi and the successful operation of Chengdu Jinli, and put fo-rward that the kiln bay business model should be traditional commercial street and commercial center of modern fashion model according to the actual situation of kiln bay. On the ind-ustrial management is given priority to with local management and ensure the uniqueness of industry, and then through the way of decentralized operation and unified management to en-hance the quality of block.关键词
