Abstract
As China's market economic system continuously improved, the construction enterprise competition pressure is also growing, and strengthening the construction project man-agement work is an important way to enhance the competeti-veness of enterprises, improve the economic efficiency of en-terprises. This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction project management, and puts forward the innovation strategy of building project management on this basis, in order to pro-vide reference for relevant construction enterprises.关键词
