In this article, the author describes the concept and development background of urban public bicycle system, and elaborates the construction situation of public bicycle system in the rest of the world, and compares the results of Chinese planning, analyzes the advantages of foreign experience as we-l as the problems and chal enges to develop the public bicycle system.关键词
