Abstract
In a city, the types of architectures are very diverse. From strategic positioning perspective, some of the buildings should be named as landmarks, while others are background buildings. Then what are the strategic locations and the design methods of the background buildings? From the point of view of urban design, this article analyzes the principle and the im-portance of the figure ground theory, and proposes coping ap-proaches through the concept of whole process design.关键词
