Abstract
The real estate investment and financing activities is the real estate industry, and even can be said to be an im-portant part of market economy, the rise of this system, driving China's real estate industry towards a more healthy and perfect direction. Based on this, this paper briefly analyzes the defects of cast financing system of China's real estate, and summarizes some improvement effective strategies of the real estate invest-tment and financing system.关键词
