Abstract
The multi-level expansion of city scale, city func-tion becomes more and more complex, multi-level urban spac-es, these trends are brought impact to the city environmental color, making the city color environment chaos out of control condition, there is the problem of “color pollution”, “1000 cities one side”in city construction.
