Abstract
Since China accessed to the WTO, the number of domestic construction enterprises continued to increase, in the fierce market competition, enterprises have to find innovative ways of building management. Project management innovation is the soul of the survival and development of construction ent-erprises, combined with the author's experiences, this paper di-scusses the management innovation in the development of con-struction industry.关键词
