Abstract
Project construction schedule control is the main content of project construction management work, any cons-truction unit hopes within the time limit to complete constr-uction of the project exceed the standard, super quality, in order to realize the benefits of enterprise. This paper is to anal-yze the effect of different factors on the project construction progress from two levels of professional technical and manag-ement, at the same time, puts forward the project progress co-ntrol measures, to ensure that the project successful y com-pleted in the contract period.关键词
