Abstract
Along with the sustainable and rapid development of town housing construction in Chinese, closed residential ar-ea began to spread across the country. This paper based on the problems existing in the closed area, sums up its evolution, an-alyzes the advantages and disadvantages from three aspects of its space form, public facilities and community life, then seeks the development direction and open mode of closed residential area is suitable for the large city.关键词
