Abstract
With the rapid development of our economy, cau-ses of our country have made great progress. In the current sit-uation, to further improve the infrastructure construction of f-armland water conservancy, consolidate our agricultural base position is very important. This article discusses the managem-ent decision-making mechanism of farmland water conservan-cy infrastructure participated by farmers, and puts forward the related proposal.关键词
