摘要
Abstract
This article introduces the definitions of PUR (pol-ycentric urban region) firstly, including from three spatial scal-es of single city, cross-city and cross-region. Then it analyses the functions and the problems of PUR of dif erent spatial sc-ales. At last, in terms of how to applying the theory of Multi-center, considering different spatial scales, it puts forward a w-ay that how to apply from three procedures of planning goals, planning strategies and strategy assessments based on the plan-ning procedure.关键词
