Abstract
With the escalation of fierce competition, how to successful y run villa projects are important issues that the real estate developers are facing. In this article, the author bases on the process control mathematical model, takes a well-known villa development process of Dongshan in Suzhou as an exam-ple, analyzes and explores the location of villa project and the implementation of process control to provide reference for the villa project development and the successful operation.关键词
