Abstract
In order to make the management of the constr-uction project can bet er adapt to the development of constr-uction industry and the demand of social economic develo-pment, it is necessary for us to discuss the existing problems in the current construction project management, and further anal-yze innovative development initiatives can take on the const-ruction project management.
