从晶体生长角度优化高性能磷酸银粉体的合成工艺
Technological parameter optimization for high performance Ag3 PO4 powders based on crystal growth mechanism
摘要
Abstract
A simple hydrothermal route is used to treat the Ag3 PO4 powders obtained by fast precipitation.Two key factors affecting the photocatalytic performance,crystallization qual-ity and specific surface area,are discussed based on crystal growth mechanism.Based on the XRD analysis,the crystallization factorξis introduced to evaluate the two factors,and the technological parameters are optimized for the synthesis of high performance Ag3 PO4 pow-ders.The results show,ξvalue is in good agreement with the photocatalytic performance of Ag3 PO4 powders,and it is very effective for technological parameter optimization.When the powders are treated under 148 ℃ for 12 h,ξvalue is the highest and the powders show excellent photocatalytic performance.关键词
