配施生物基质肥料对茶园土壤有机碳固持的影响
Effects of Incorporate Application of Biological Manure on Organic Carbon Sequestration of Soil in Tea Garden

Abstract
The effects of incorporate application of biological manure for 4 years on organic carbon sequestration of soil in tea garden were studied by a long-term experiment. The results showed that the content of soil organic carbon increased with the content of incorporate application of biological manure, the soil basal respiration with the application of 100% biological manure was the lowest, and that with the application of 75%biological manure and 25%fertilizer was the highest. The content of microbial biomass carbon of soil increased with the content of the application of biological manure also. The application of biological manure increased the Cmic to Corg of soil and decreased the respiratory quotient of soil. It showed that appropriate structure of fertilization could improve the growth and the yield of tea. The highest yield of spring tea acquired in the application of 75%biological manure and 25%fertilizer, however, the lowest yield acquired in the application of 100%biological manure. Taking into account of the effects of incorporate application of biological manure on organic carbon sequestration of soil and the growth of tea, it was indicated that the incorporate application of 25%to 50%biological manure and 75%to 50%fertilizer was suitable for tea garden.关键词
