摘要

Abstract

Latching relay is the execution unit of State Grid Corporation pre-paid system, whose reliability is particularly important. Traditional detection methods of latching relay are inefficient in the sense that it can test only one latching relay at a time, therefore is difficult to meet the actual needs of vigorous promotion for smart meters. This paper presents a batch testing technique for latching relay, which parallels a type of current bypass unit in measured relay, realizing batch test for multiple latching relays by controlling the switching on and off sequence. Finally, a batch test system is developed, which can achieve batch test for multiple relays at a time. Test results show that the technique is feasible.
