摘要
Abstract
The linearity of wideband digitizers should be calibrated in application of precision measurement of AC sinu-soidal signals with audio frequency. To solve the problem of the difficulty to confirm linearity of the standard when cal-ibrate using decimal divider or AC reference meter, a method based on binary inductive voltage( BIVD) divider which processes precision voltage ratio and involves the feature of self-calibration is studied. The principle of BIVD is intro-duced, and also its self-calibration method. The linearity of a wideband digitizer is measured with input voltage at 1kHz, 10kHz and 100kHz.关键词
