Research and Realization of IED Configuration Tool Based on IEC61850 Standard
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces and analyses Substation Configuration description Language SCL (Substation Configuration description Language) and file structure. Based on the SCL, the modeling idea and configuration process of IED configuration information model are discussed, and the functional requirements and design idea of configuration tool as well as the related GOOSE information in the configuration file are analyzed in detail. According to the functions and characteristics of Configuration tool, the IED configuration tool based on .net platform is developed and realized. The realization method of the main module is given out. Finally, a configuration case is provided to prove the effeteness of the design.关键词
