摘要

Abstract

Loop resistance is an important technical index to reflect the performance and operation status of power switch equipment. In order to test the loop resistance of circuit breakers quickly and precisely, a new test system based on large current discharge characteristic of ultra capacitor is presented in this paper. With Li-ion batteries as power supply, ultra capacitor as the current generator and digital signal processor as the control core, the test system realizes acquisition and processing for the regulated weak signal as well as display and storage for the test data. A 12kV vacuum circuit breaker is tested with the system. Experimental results show that the resistance can be measured with high precision and reliability, and the intelligent testing of loop resistance is realized.
