摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of subjectivity in comprehensive fuzzy evaluation methods for transmission network planning scheme, gray theory is introduced in the evaluation. Gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate gray correlation coefficient as the membership of determining index to obtain fuzzy evaluation matrix. Subjective and objective weighting method by integrating Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and entropy method is used to calculate fuzzy weight vector. Composite operator is used to synthesis the evaluation matrix and the fuzzy weight vector, and the obtained comprehensive fuzzy evaluation vector is used to evaluate transmission network planning scheme. The problem of subjective determination of the membership function is solved by combining the two methods. Calculation results show that the proposed method has practical value.
