钨合金长杆体高速撞击薄钢板的跳飞研究
Research on Ricochet of Tungsten Alloy Long Rod Impacting Thin Steel Target With High-velocity
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the ricochet characteristics of tungsten alloy long-rod penetrator penetrating into thin armor steel target,the LS-DYNA was used to simulate the target with thickness of 6-14 mm penetrated by long-rod with the speed of 1 300-1 700 m/s,and the critical ricochet angle was obtained by adjusting 0.5°impact-angle once to gradually approach. The simulation of the ricochet process in targets with different thickness shows that plastic hinge with forward connection point forms in the penetration process.As the target thickness increases, the ricochet was affected by the factor of the impact-angle significantly,and the factor of target thickness weakens.The Tate model was amended by adding the factor of the targets thickness, and the experimental verification was carried out.The results of verification experiment and correction model agree well with that of the numerical simulation.关键词
