Abstract
A vector control system for induction motors based on five-level active neutral-point clamped (ANPC) dual-PWM converter is presented in this paper. The rectifier and inverter are two five-level ANPC converter connected back-to-back, which can allow unit power factor of input current and four-quadrant operation of induction motors. Grid voltage oriented vector control is used to control the rectifier and decouple the active power and reactive power. Rotor flux oriented vector control is used in the inverter to adjust the speed of induction motors precisely. A 380V/10kW prototype is build and experimental results indicate that the prototype operates stably and the control system is correct and reliable.关键词
