摘要
Abstract
This study is based on the existing experiment conditions, in order to reduce labor intensity and improve test efifciency. For this purpose, we developed the testing device to replace artiifcial mixing, to realize the implementation of standardized operation, the mixing uniformity, stability and safety;in the independent research and development, to develop test equipment applied into production as soon as possible. Finally, support, motor, timer, coupling, reducer, rotary rod, rotary vane and other parts were ift together. Compared with the original device, comparative tests to results of developed device and error analysis were carried out. Automatic mixing was realized through this research;data of the test is accurate and reliable. Technical progress is achieved, meanwhile, labor intensity is greatly reduced and work efifciency is improved, speeding up the progress of project.关键词
