Abstract
This paper will give a brief introduction to the de-velopment of cost control strategy involved in the construction of the prepaid system of Chongqing Municipal Electric Power Compa-ny prepaid system involves in the process of construction of the rel-evant cost control strategy. The cost control strategy includes fee calculation sub-strategy, fee reminding sub-strategy, arrearage pow-er cut sub-strategy. The management of the entire prepaid system can be achieved by the development of three sub-strategies.关键词
