Abstract
The Beijing Electric Power Company customer ser-vice center analyzed the existing tariff pay category and system the functionin Beijing area, studied the provincial focus group house-holds tariff best scheme, realizedcomprehensive electronic pay way, completely satisfied various payment needs of group client to pay tariff and electricity invoices, at the same time greatly reduced electricity service pressure for county level power supply units, shortened the cash flowing time, accelerated the electricity collect-ing rate.The company and customers got win-win interests results.关键词
