Abstract
A regional automatic switchover system in the dispatching main station is proposed for serial power supply network that generally exists in an actual power grid.This system that synthetically utilizes information of the whole network, effectively solves the serial power supply network”s fault restoration.This system can automatically identify the number of serial substations and handle such conditions as double lines,open running of bus tie breaker and other problems.The function of regional automatic switchover is realized based on the power grid dispatching automation system,and its dispatcher training simulation module can be used in the regional automatic switchover logic test.After strict logic test and open loop test,the system is put in open loop operation in the power grid of Yongcheng Coal Corporation.关键词
